PURPOSE: To provide a solid earth cracking device which can crack continuously and automatically the solid earth containing large lumps such as lumps of clay without contaminating the working environment.

CONSTITUTION: This solid earth cracking device comprises a first hopper 10 provided with a pair of right and left sloping surfaces, a grizzly frame 10c fixed to the lower part of the sloping surfaces and a freely tiltable and movable grizzly frame 10e connected to the grizzly frame 10, a cracking machine 20 provided with a pressing plate 24 located in the center of the lowermost part of the first hopper 10 and freely rockable on a horizontal shaft 22, a second hopper 30 and a vibrating screen, whereby the solid earth of large lumps is cracked by the pressing action of the pressing plate 24 and is passed through the grizzly mesh.
