Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor of a high withstand voltage, which can prevent the worsening of voltage endurance owing to a lead-free reflow or the like, and a method for manufacturing the solid electrolytic capacitor.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor comprises the steps of: impregnating a dispersion containing particles or powder of a conductive polymer, and a solvent into a capacitor element arranged by winding positive electrode foil and negative electrode foil with a separator disposed therebetween, thereby forming a solid electrolyte layer made of the conductive polymer; and filling an ion-conducting substance in a gap portion in the capacitor element with the solid electrolyte layer formed therein, provided that the ion-conducting substance includes a mix solvent containing ethylene glycol and γ-butyrolactone, and a solute selected from at least one kind of an ammonium salt, a quaternary ammonium salt, a quaternary amidinium salt and an amine salt of an organic acid, an inorganic acid, and a composite compound of an organic acid and an inorganic acid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
