Abstract:
To provide a technique that can stably manufacture a solid filler by wet processing.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a solid filler according to the present invention includes: a filling step of filling a container 1 having an upper opening part 1a with slurry M including raw materials for a solid filler and solvents; and a pressing step of making a pressing tool 3 press exposed portions exposed from the upper opening part 1a of solidified products of the slurry M, together with a pressing auxiliary tool 4, with the exposed portions being covered with the pressing auxiliary tool 4; and a step of releasing the pressing by the pressing tool 3 after the pressing step and applying vibrations to the pressing auxiliary tool 4 with the container 1 being fixed. The vibrations can be applied to the pressing auxiliary tool 4 by spraying gas to the pressing auxiliary tool 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
