PURPOSE: To prevent the titled device from generating a clinker by a method wherein only the outside layer part of a solid fuel is supplied with an air, the outside layer part is burnt perfectly due to the floating thereof, also a burnt ash is floated by the burning air, a part of the burnt ash is made to be flowed out to outside through an exhaust cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: A solid fuel 30 is continuously fed to the inside of a burning cylinder 10 through a fuel feeding port 12, an air is continuously blown into an air chamber 21, further, flowed into the inside of the burning cylinder 10 through an air inflow pipe 18. Thus, the solid fuel 30 in the burning chamber 10 is drifted toward the one side wall of the burning cylinder 10, only the outside layer part of the solid fuel is exposed to the burning air, while said solid fuel is floated, mixed sufficiently with the burning air, and burnt. A part of the solid fuel made light in weight with the progress of the burning is moved toward the upper part of the burning cylinder 10 by an ascending and turning air flow, then moved down by the inflow air which is flowed downward through a clearance 31 along the inner wall surface of the burning cylinder 10.
