Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid fuel pulverizer and an operation method thereof which can improve classification performance.SOLUTION: A rotary separator comprises a plurality of blades 31 provided rotatably with respect to a coal feed pipe to classify pulverized coal, a frame body 32 arranged above these blades 31, and a blade guide 33 facing this frame body 32 in a peripheral direction. A gap 39 which communicates with a space 37 after the blades 31 have classified pulverized coal and a space 36 before the blades 31 classify pulverized coal and bypass the blades 31 is formed between the frame body 32 and the blade guide 33. A seal member 40 projecting from either one of the frame body 32 and the blade guide 33 to the gap 39 side is provided, and the seal member 40 forms an inclined plane that inclines in a horizontal direction to the space 37 side after the blades 31 have classified pulverized coal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
