To obtain a solid fuel capable of continuously producing moderate flame for a long period of time and also effective in incinerating wastes produced from various field activities.

This solid fuel is obtained by mixing together the main materials including rice bran, waste oil, active carbon, paste and an alcohol followed by molding and solidifying the mixture, wherein the respective amounts of the above ingredients are, for example, as follows: rice bran: 30 kg, waste oil: 5-25 L, active carbon: 300-900 g, paste: 200-800 cc, and an alcohol: 250-1,500 cc.
