Abstract:
To provide a solid golf ball low in head speed dependency and excellent in flying performance at a low head speed and providing a good feeling and furthermore, suppressing lowering of performance in the case of hitting a ball at a high head speed.
The solid golf ball comprising a solid core and a cover has such a feature that, in the case of a restitution coefficient (C.O.R value) at an impingement rate vm/s being CORv, ball structure before forming the cover satisfies the relation of COR25-COR50≥0.100 and that the golf ball satisfies the relation of COR50≥0.740, COR25-COR50≥0.09.
