Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate an externally attached circuit and to satisfactorily re move a fixed pattern noise with a simple constitution by simultaneously reading a dark signal and a bright signal and operating these analog signals. CONSTITUTION:In a reading part 12, plural memories 14 and 15 respectively equivalent to one horizontal scanning period are provided, a signal component according to a light input is accumulated to the memory 14 of one side and to the memory 15 of the other side, a signal component in a dark time is accu mulated. Signals simultaneously read from these memories are supplied to a differential amplifier 17, the difference between the both is obtained and thus, a fixed pattern noise based on the difference of the off-set voltage of an amplify ing element in a photo detector can be removed. Thus, the external circuit of a externally attached memory, etc., becomes unnecessary and since the analog signal of the dark time and the analog signal of a bright time regardless of a light input from a subject are used and the removal of the fixed pattern noise is executed with high accuracy, the picture signal of high quality can be obtained.
