PURPOSE: To increase sharply a processing capacity of a titled equipment by reutilizing air used for a quantitative transfer under pressure by a pneumatic system, and press-ejecting powdered granules from a nozzle to liquid being transferred on the way on a closed piping to add said granules thereto.
CONSTITUTION: Powdered granules are taken out from a service tank 2 by a feeder 3 and is quantitatively supplied to an ejector 5 using for a pneumatic transfer. Air using for transfer is ejected into the ejector 5 in the inside of a pneumatic transfer pipe 4 via a dehumidifier, header and pressure adjusting valve by a compressor 6. The powdered granules mixed with the air are ejected into sludge from an addition nozzle 9 for the sludge by the shortest route. The air mixed with the powdered granules ejected into the sludge is passed under pressure through a turbulent flow generator 13 in a mixing part 12 arranged close behind an ejector part 11 and is mixed uniformly.
