PURPOSE: To recover a solid content in fluid without impurities from a filter medium by forming an interval between a nose of a scraper blade and a cylindrical hard filter medium, specifying the position of said blade nose and also specifying the angle of a scraping face of the scraper blade.
CONSTITUTION: An internal hollow of a cylindrical filter medium 1 is made a vacuumized state by a suction pump 8, and while the filter medium 1 is rotated, liquid content in a solid-liquid mixed flow stored in a storage tank 4 is sucked into said internal hollow and discharged out of a system. Also, fine powder accumulated on the filtered surface of the filter medium 1 is scraped by a scraper blade 9. As the filter medium 1, a hard filter medium having continuous voids of average void diameter 0.5-50μm three-dimensional network is used. Also, the nose of the blade 9 and the filter medium 1 are in the non- contact state having 0.3-2.0mm interval, and the position of said nose is set at the angle 135-150° rising from a virtual horizontal line A running through a circular axis of the filter medium 1, and the scraping surface of the blade 9 is set at the rising angle of 0-80° in the surface tangent direction of the filter medium 1.
