Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a solid lubricating mold-release agent improved in adhesion to the surfaces of molds and substantially not generating residues.
CONSTITUTION: The solid lubricating mold-release agent comprises a vulcanized rubber produced by adding graphite to a synthetic rubber, the content of free sulfur in the vulcanized rubber being 10-30wt.%. Ethylene-propylene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, etc., can be used as the synthetic rubber.
