PURPOSE: To thermoset resin serving as a premolding body composed of a fiber and a resin while rationalizing the assembly manhour and assembly material through solid bonding thereof by heat expansion prssure with an elastomer-affiliated tool.
CONSTITUTION: A premolding body 5 in the desired specifications is laminated on an elastomer-affiliated tool previously made to match the required web shape. Then, the two laminated bodies are combined and upper and lower cap sections 2 are fitted to tight and left web sections 1, and a clearance is of necessity produced due to R shape of the bent of the web sections. After the clearance is filled with a filler to retain the shape, the laminated bodies are heated under a pressure in an autocrave to thermoset. At this point, a heat expansion pressure of the elastomer-affiliated tool 4 applies a load on the bodies as the cap sections are constrained vertically. Thus, an external pressure mainly applies a load on the web 1 through a film. Under such loads, the assembly is hardened to form a desired shape.
