Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide type fuel cell system for stably operating power generation while suppressing staying of reformed water.SOLUTION: A solid oxide type fuel cell system comprises: a reformer 4 for perform steam reforming on a fuel gas; a cell stack 6 for generating power by oxidation and reduction of a reformed fuel gas and an oxidation material; a combustion zone 54 for combusting an excess fuel gas; and a fuel cell housing 62 for accommodating the reformer 4 and the cell stack 6. First and second vaporizers 10, 12 for performing steam vaporization on reformed water are provided. The fuel cell housing 62 comprises a metal inner housing 64 and an outer housing 66 surrounding the inner housing. The inner housing 64 accommodates the reformer 4, the cell stack 6, and the first vaporizer 10 inside; the outer housing 66 accommodates the second vaporizer 12 inside. A reformed water supply flow passage 18 for transmitting reformed water from the second vaporizer 12 to the first vaporizer 10 extends vertically or with a downward gradient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
