Title:
SOLID-OXIDE FUEL CELL POWER GENERATION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010080155
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent hydrogen and/or carbon monoxide to be used for cell reaction from being consumed due to carbon precipitation to reduce the efficiency of power generation, and to prevent a flow passage of a high-temperature reducing gas and/or a fuel gas from narrowing due to carbon precipitation to increase a pressure loss and reduce the efficiency of power generation, leading to a shortened lifetime of a fuel cell system.

A solid-oxide fuel cell power generation system includes a cell built in a cell container, the cell being provided with an anode on one surface of an electrolyte and a cathode on another surface. A surface of a metal member constituting a flow passage of a fuel gas or a high-temperature reducing gas is covered with a ceramic material for limiting carbon precipitation.
