On the inner peripheral surface 2a of the tubular body 2 in the solid paste delivering container, a large number of minute projections 2b having a height of 12-60 μm are partially provided wholly or nearly uniformly as a whole so as to decrease the contact area between the outer peripheral surface of the solid paste and the inner peripheral surface 2a of the tubular body 2 and, at the same time, the frictional resistance between the outer peripheral surface of the solid paste and the inner peripheral surface 2a of the tubular body 2 by partially fluidizing the paste of the outermost peripheral layer of the solid paste.
