PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid preparation (particularly a tablet or a granule) containing loxoprofen or a salt thereof and dihydrocodeine phosphate, which is stable and prevents the content of active ingredients from decreasing.SOLUTION: A solid preparation contains (a) loxoprofen or a salt thereof, (b) dihydrocodeine phosphate, and (c) at least one silicic acid selected from the group consisting of hydrous silicon dioxide, light silicic anhydride, heavy silicic anhydride, silicon dioxide and particulate silicon dioxide.SELECTED DRAWING: None
