CONSTITUTION: A solid processing agent contg. a compd. shown by the formula is weighed into a unit supply of 0.5-5g and packaged with a packaging material with a friction coefficient between the agent and the packaging material surface controlled to ≤1.5. In the formula, R1 and R2 are alkyls, aryls, hydrogen atom, etc., capable of being substituted, and R3 is alkyl, alkoxyl, etc., The compd. is used in the form of free amines, chlorates, etc. The agent is granulated or tableted and used, and a PE having a moisture permeability of 50g/cm.24hr (40°C.90% RH) is exemplified as the packaging material.
