To provide a solid-state disc capable of supporting memory chips having different operation modes.
The solid-state disc comprises; a main chip, a first switch, a second switch, an electrical resistance and multiple memory chips connected to the main chip. The main chip has first and second input/output pins for changing an operation mode of each memory chip. A first end of the first switch is connected to the first input/output pin of the main chip, and a first end of the second switch is connected to the second input/output pin of the main chip. Each second end of the first and second switches is grounded via the electrical resistance, selectively opening or closing the first and second switches so as to change a level signal input in the first and second input/output pins of the main chip. Then, the main chip changes the operation mode of each memory chip on the basis of the received level signal.
