When a part of a color component included in a visible light is denoted as first color component C, another part thereof as second color component C2, a complementary color component of the second color component as third color component C3, and a complementary color component of the first color component as fourth color component C4, a spectroscopic element array 100 allows light with C1 light reduced and C2 light increased to enter a first photosensitive cell 2a; allows light with C3 light reduced and C1 light increased to enter a second photosensitive cell 2b; allows light with C2 light reduced and C4 light increased to enter a third photosensitive cell 2c; and allows light with C4 light reduced and C3 light increased to enter a fourth photosensitive cell 2d.
