To provide a technology capable of simply reading a manufacturing number and flaw data or the like from a solid-state imaging apparatus of the WLCSP type and easily identifying a position of a No.1 terminal.
A radio tag 10 is fitted in the vicinity of the No.1 terminal 7a at a side face of the solid-state imaging apparatus 2. An external antenna 13 of the radio tag 10 is located between a solid-state imaging element chip 3 and a spacer 4. A radio tag writer records manufacturing data comprising a lot number and a serial number or the like of the solid-state imaging apparatus 2 and inspection data comprising the flaw data or the like of a solid-state imaging element to a memory of the radio tag 10. A radio tag reader reads the data recorded in the radio tag 10 as required.
