Abstract:
To provide a solid support reagent capable of supporting synthesis of a polynucleotide.
This reagent of a support for the polynucleotide synthesis is used for automatically synthesizing the polynucleotide of a 3'-nitrogen functionalized polynucleotide and comprises a polynucleotide synthesis reagent having the structural formula: TO-Q-NR1(C=Y)OCR2R3CHR4X1-Z-W (T is a hydroxy-protecting group cleaved by an acid; Q is a linker for combining N and O; R1 is a substituent on N; R2, R3 and R4 are each H or a lower alkyl; Y is an atom electrically charged more negative than carbon; X1 is an atom electrically charged more negative than carbon; Z is a bond or a spacer arm; and W is a derived solid synthesis support which is combined with Z).
