CONSTITUTION: An aqueous solution 1 of a cleaner in a syringe 2 is dropped by a narrow tube 3, and the number of drops of this dropped solution 4 is measured by a liquid drop sensor 5. After measurement, the aqueous solution 1 of the cleaner is discharged from the syringe 2 by a charging/discharging pump 15. When the pressure in the syringe 2 rises by the pressurizing action of the charging/discharging pump 15 at this time, the aqueous solution 1 of the cleaner is forcibly discharged like a jet stream from the tube 3. At this time, dirty materials like oil stuck the inside face of the narrow tube are washed away together with the aqueous solution 1 of the cleaner and are discharged into a beaker 6.
