To provide a sorting conveyance facility which can enhance the efficiency of an operation for carrying in an empty container into a receiving part which receives sorted articles from a chute and the efficiency of an operation for carrying out a real container from the receiving part.
The sorting conveyance facility includes a sorting conveyance line 110 with a sorting part 115 for sorting a plurality of input articles W, a chute 140 for carrying sorted articles W1 which are articles W sorted by the sorting part 115 to an empty container C0, and a container supply line 170 which has a receiving part 172 in which the empty container C0 for receiving the sorted articles W1 carried out by the chute 140 is disposed. The storing conveying facility also carries the empty container C0 to the receiving part 172. The container supply line 170 carries out a real container C1 accommodating the sorted articles W1 carried out by the chute 140 from the receiving part 172 to a real container conveying line T.
