The screen 12 includes: a cylindrical rotation body 15 mounted on the outer periphery and rotatable with a central axis extending approximately in the horizontal direction; a rotation mechanism 20 for making the rotation body 15 rotate; and a water injection mechanism 30 for injecting water to the screen 12 inserted into the rotation body 15 from the outside. Consequently, the non-passage processing object R ejected from an eject port 14 of the rotation body 15 and the passage processing object Q having passed through the screen 12 of the rotation body 15 are separated.
