PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assortment apparatus with an economical structure by which a small number of people can perform assortment.SOLUTION: An assortment apparatus assorting a plurality of articles according to destinations has an article supply section supplying the articles and comprises an assorting area in which a plurality of multiple openable trays on which the articles supplied from the article supply section are placed are disposed, a judging section judging whether all of the articles included in one order are prepared, an open and close control section making the trays on which the articles included in one order are placed an open state when judged that all of the articles included in one order are prepared, and a shipping conveyor which delivers the article which has dropped from the tray made to be the open state as one order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
