Abstract:
PURPOSE: To sort and transfer spools and an interior plate without passing through a manpower, improve the working efficiency, and simplify an equipment by simultaneously performing specific operations by holding the spools and the interior plate by two traveling frames capable of reciprocating between a spool turning delivery device and an interior plate storage place.
CONSTITUTION: Spools W and an interior plate are held by two traveling frames 106 and 107 capable of reciprocating between a spool turning delivery device and an interior plate storage place Z of a spool delivery process 200. When the plural spools W on a transferring conveyor are held and transferred up to a delivery place of the spool turning delivery device by one traveling frame 106, the interior plate interposed between the spools is held by the other traveling frame 107. When the interior plate is transferred to and loaded on the interior plate storage place Z by this other traveling frame 107, the plural spools W on the transferring conveyor are held by one traveling frame 106. These operations are simultaneously performed.
