Abstract:
To provide a sound absorbing structure that can positively suppress the generation of a long-path echo and a flutter echo in a plane sound wave use in a building space.
The sound absorbing structure has a sound absorbing layer 24 disposed at the front of an indoor wall surface and formed of a porous material which absorbs an indoor sound, and a diffusion layer 28 of a protruded shape disposed at the wall surface 20 on the inner side of the sound absorbing layer 24 and diffusing a sound which has passed the sound absorbing layer 24. The indoor side surface of the sound absorbing layer 24 is formed in a protruded diffusion shape for diffusing the sound.
