PURPOSE: To realize a sense of 'spread' and a sense of 'articulation' equivalent to those of a concert hall even in a small space in an ordinary house.

CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with a DSP device 4 allowing a speaker 11 to generate a primary reflection sound 1 equivalent to that of a concert hall and with an active silencer 21 silencing a reflecting sound in a wall, a ceiling and a floor face or the like when the reflection sound equivalent to that of the concert hall from the speaker 11. The active silencer 21 is acted in a time of 20-160msec after the sound reaches directly a listener 8 from the speaker 11. Thus, only the reflecting sound of the concert hall reaches the listener 8 and a sense of 'spread' and a sense of 'articulation' equivalent to those of the concert hall are obtained even in a small space in an ordinary house.
