Abstract:
PURPOSE: To absorb noises generated from a moving body by forming a sound- insulating liquid wall section by a flowing-down liquid.
CONSTITUTION: A pump P is turned and driven by a motor M for a sound- insulating wall device 2 installed into a tunnel 1, and a liquid L is force-fed and supplied to a basic piping 6 through a discharge piping 14. The liquid L flows down into grooves 12 along a travelling path 10 from each partition piping 7, and sound-insulating liquid wall sections 5 are formed. The liquid L in the grooves 12 is force-fed and supplied to the discharge piping 14 through a suction piping 13 by the pump P.
