Abstract:
To provide a sound insulation device and sound insulation barrier capable of ensuring sufficient sound insulation performance and maintaining the sound insulation performance for a long time.SOLUTION: A sound insulation device 2 includes first, second, and third acoustic tube groups 21a, 21b, and 21c. The first, second, and third acoustic tube groups 21a, 21b, and 21c are stacked in this order from the side face of a sound insulation panel 32 toward the X1 side. The first acoustic tube group 21a includes a first acoustic tube body group 211a and a first reflecting plate 212a. The first acoustic tube body group 211a is formed by connecting a plurality of acoustic tube units each having an opening vertically downward. The first reflector 212a projects obliquely downward from the lower end of the first acoustic tube body group 211a. The first reflector 212a facilitates the introduction of a sound wave related to noise into each acoustic tube unit. The second acoustic tube group 21b and the third acoustic tube group 21c have the same configuration. Each acoustic tube group guides a sound wave related to noise to the inside thereof and attenuates the sound wave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
