PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a beautiful appearance still more, by containing a sound insulation panel positioned at both sides of a post, so as to hold the post in the recess of one side face and arrange a decoration connection piece of the other side face to contact the recess and fixing the panel and the post with fixing bolts screwed in both members so as to pierce them.
SOLUTION: A recess 14 with a width and a depth containing a post 4 is formed at one side face of a sound insulation panel 5 and a decoration connection piece 15 forming a receiving opening 15a of a width contacting the outside face of the recess 14 so as to be nearly flush with the front face and the rear face of the panel 5 is protruded at the almost whole length in the vertical direction. Then panels 5, 5 positioned at both sides of the post 4 are contained so as to hold the post 4 by the recess 14 of one panel 5 and the decoration connection piece 15 of the other panel 5 is arranged to contact the outside of the recess 14 and both are fastened with fixing bolts 16 and fixed together. In the case of this sound insulation wall, the post is invisible from both front and rear sides and the structure forms such an appearance that panels 5 always continuously extend in series and a smart scenery which does not destroy the environment can be obtained.
