Title:
SOUND SIGNAL REPRODUCER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5948805
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain continuous reproduced sounds even at the joints of sound signals, by applying the demodulated sound signal of the output of each frequency demodulation circuit to a DC potential changing circuit and then delivering alternately those sound signals after giving control so as to obtain an equal DC potential.

CONSTITUTION: A video signal and a mixture signal of frequency modulated left and right signals LFA and RFA are reproduced by a rotary heat 27A from a magnetic tape on which those signals are recorded alternately with overlap of signal sections. While a video signal and a mixture signal of frequency modulated left and right signals LFB and RFB are reproduced by a rotary head 27B. The demodulated signals LA and RA as well as RA and RB are supplied to DC potential eliminating circuits 80L and 80R to delete the DC potential difference between two demodulated signals which should be connected to a signal. The demodulated signals are then supplied to switches 67L and 67R and switched by a switch signal SW which is inverted at the center time point of overlapping signal sections. Therefore it is possible to obtain signals L and R having continuous waveform even at a joint between two demodulated signals.
