Abstract:
To provide a soundproof device which can adjust the position of an exhaust duct inlet so as to fit an exhaust port of a portable power generator, and can prevent the stagnation of an exhaust gas in an accommodation space.SOLUTION: A soundproof device 1 for a portable power generator comprises a cover body 3 for opening a bottom face 8, and having an opening 12 at an entire face of one side face, or at a part of one side face, and an exhaust unit 4 whose contour or a part of the contour tightly contacts with an inner face of the opening 12, and which blocks the opening. An accommodation space 2 which is opened at the bottom face 8 is formed of the cover body 3 and the exhaust unit 4 attached to the cover body 3, a duct 5 for making the accommodation space 2 and an external space communicate with each other is arranged in the exhaust unit 4, and an exhaust inlet 6 communicating with the duct 5 is arranged while approximating an exhaust port of the portable power generator, or constituted of exhaust inlet adjustment means 7 which can guide exhaust emission discharged from the exhaust port of the portable power generator to the duct.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
