To provide an acoustical panel capable of easily installed to a sound insulation barrier installed in a slope land while ensuring stable installation state at a low cost.SOLUTION: An acoustical panel (4) is inserted between posts (3) which are installed at a predetermined interval, and both ends (55) are supported by the posts to form a sound insulation barrier.
