To provide a soundproof sheet capable of effectively absorbing and blocking operation sound etc., generated by heavy machines in a construction work area to suppress both sound to the outside and reverberation in the work area.SOLUTION: A soundproof sheet has a protective layer 1, a soundproof layer 2, a sound absorption layer 3, and a skin layer 4 laminated in this order, and the protective layer 1 is made of a polyvinyl chloride sheet having fabric base cloth coated with polyvinyl chloride. The soundproof layer 2 is made of an aluminum sheet. The sound absorption layer 3 is made of nonwoven fabric which includes at least polyester-based short fiber and has the fiber bonded in part. The sound absorption layer is 5-30 mm thick, and also has a vertical incidence-method sound absorption coefficient of 0.3 or larger at a 1/3 octave center frequency of 1,000 Hz and 0.7 or larger at a 1/3 octave center frequency of 2.000 Hz, which are measured based upon soundproof sheet JIS A1405-2:2007.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
