PURPOSE: To improve weatherability and surface hardness by laminating a specific film on the polycarbonate resin plate side of a coextruding plate of the polycarbonate resin and an acrylic resin.

CONSTITUTION: The resin layer 2 consisting essentially of the acrylic resin is molded by coextrusion is such a manner as to be disposed on one surface of the polycarbonate resin plate 1 as a substrate. The film consisting essentially of a layer 4 consisting essentially of a vinylidene fluoride resin and a layer 3 consisting essentially of the acrylic resin is laminated on the polycarbonate resin plate 1 side by positioning the layer 4 on the front layer. An alkyl ester methacrylate polymer or a copolymer of alkyl ester acrylate and alkyl ester methacrylate is used for the resin layer 2. The layer 3 consists of the multi- layered structural body of the acrylic resin system. The layer 4 consists essentially of a vinylidene fluoride homopolymer or a copolymer of ≥90mol% vinylidene fluoride content having the characteristics equiv. to the characteristics of the homopolymer.
