PURPOSE: To improve the waveform of an output by connecting a power supply having non-linear characteristics in parallel with a pair of TRs constituting a differential amplifier circuit.
CONSTITUTION: Since the impedance of a diode D1 is high in an area of which output voltage V01' is extremely low, current flowing into a FET TR6, a load, is reduced. Since the TR6 is in a non-saturated area, its load resistance is reduced. When the output voltage V01' is increased and both FETs TR6, TR8 are in a saturated area, the load resistance is increased. The impedance of the diode D1 is about "0". The power supply consisting of diodes D1, D2, and FETs TR8, TR9 and having a non-linear characteristic applies high gain at the time of a low input and limits an output at the time of a high input. Since the operation from the low input to the high input is smoothly executed, steps due to the action of a limiter is not generated.
