Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation works by forming the outer periphery of a spacer made of a metal in an arcuate shape, and forming a fitting holding section, to which a main reinforcement or a spiral reinforcement is fitted elastically, at a central section while forming an opening section as being communicated with the fitting holding section. SOLUTION: The discoidal spacer 1 consisting of stainless steel is molded, a fitting holding section 3, to which a spiral reinforcement is fitted, is formed at the center of a plate body section 2, and a plurality of window holes 4 are formed reticulately on the inside of the plate body section 2. The fitting holding section 3 is composed of a pair of support pieces 7, in which semicircular fitting holes 6 and outer circumferential sections are bent in an inverted L-shape, and arcuate surfaces 8 conformed to the fitting holes 6 are shaped at the front ends of the bent piece sections 7a of the support pieces 7 and the spiral reinforcement is held. An approximately V-shaped opening section 9 communicated with the fitting holding section 3 is formed on one side of the outer periphery of the spacer 1, and the spiral reinforcement is pushed firmly and passed between guide pieces 10 and held elastically by the fitting holding section 3. Accordingly, the spiral reinforcement can be buried impartially without deforming the spacer.
