The spacer 20 has a plurality of glass fibers 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 in parallel mutually in contact, the side faces of the glass fibers 21 and 22, glass fibers 22 and 23, glass fibers 23 and 24, and glass fibers 24 and 25 are fusion bonded, and the glass fibers are integrated.
