The width direction B of the plate body 9 is located and disposed between the pair of the members 1 and 3. The spacer 10 can be easily and inexpensively obtained by bending the plate body 9 by press molding and is made usable for the connection of the expected members 1 and 3 by providing sufficient strength. By elastically holding the inter-member coupling tool 5 by both of the elastic holding plate parts 14, a holding attitude can be firmly maintained without causing falling, even if the inter-member coupling tool 5 is loosened.
