PURPOSE: To make a tip saw ready of grinding zigzag blade and flat blade simultaneously while it makes one full turn by a constitution wherein a pair of diamond wheels can be spaced by adjusting forward movement of left and right transverse butts according to operation of an actuating shaft.

CONSTITUTION: A pair of transverse butts 3, 3 moving horizontally by a hydraulic cylinder 2 are arranged on a base 1 left and right, further longitudinal butts 7, 7 moving longitudinally by a hydraulic cylinder 6 are placed thereon, and then fine adjustment transverse butts 9, 9 are arranged on the top. Rear ends of spindles 10, 10 are connected to motors 11, 11, and diamond wheels 12, 12 are installed on front ends thereof. Then, a moving shaft 13 has a taper zone 17 at the center of its outside, and rollers 18, 18 correspond to a major diameter part 13' of the shaft 13 and the taper zone 17. According to this constitution, a zigzag blade 23 and a flat blade 24 can be ground simultaneously while a tip saw "a" makes one full turn.
