Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prepare the titled substance which is inexpensive, highly nutritive, beautiful, preservable, delicious and suitable as a health food, by heat-treating potato, carrot, green pepper, etc., adding vegetable oil thereto and mixing the product.

CONSTITUTION: A potato is peeled along its circumference, and the obtained potato strips of 2W3mm in diameter and 20W30cm in length are heat-treated. Carrot, green pepper, and if necessary cucumber are cut to fine strips of 2W3mm in diameter, heat-treated, and added to the above potato strips. The objective spaghetti can be prepared by adding vegetable oil to the mixture and stirring the product. The ratios of potato:carrot:green pepper or cucumber are preferably 6:3:1.
