CONSTITUTION: When no tape pad 11 is left as taping proceeds, a spare pad shaft 28 is extruded and shifted on a spare pad shaft 29, then the pad is laterally shifted in parallel, and it is mounted on a tape pad core tube fixing plate spring 14 and fitted. In addition, when no pad 28 is left at all, a slide stand 32 slidable to the right or left is shifted to the left, and furthermore, a guide pipe 33 for base dice holder inside the spare pad shaft 29 is also shifted independently, and a gap is opened so that pads can be inserted through the guide roller 18 of the second disk 17. Then, parts such as a presser nut holding the tape pad 11 and a receiving plate 12 are removed, and many spare pads 28 are fitted to the spare pad shaft 29 through the gap.
