The spare tire hanger 114 has a rod-like handle 120 that extends nearly horizontal in the vehicle body width direction at a position higher than the lower surface of the spare tire 112 mounted on the back part; and a hanging part 122 protruding from the handle part 120 in a bay shape where a hook 134 is caught.
