Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactly and simply constitute a spare tire support device of a vehicle having a tire carrier for placing a spare tire in a lying posture.SOLUTION: A spare tire support device of a vehicle comprises: a radial movement regulation part 26 which extends toward at least two different directions from a tire carrier 17 which places a spare tire 7 on an upper face in a lying posture, in which two extension parts 26a, 26b are located in the vicinity of an external peripheral face of the spare tire 7, and which regulates the radial movement of the spare tire 7 with respect to the tire carrier 17; and an upward movement regulation part 27 which is bridged over the two extension parts 26a, 26b of the radial movement regulation part 26, located in the vicinity of an upper face of one portion 7a of the spare tire 7, and regulates the upward movement of one portion 7a of the spare tire 7 with respect to the tire carrier 17. The spare tire 7 is made to be insertable and releasable to/from a surrounded space 30 which is surrounded by the tire carrier 17, the radial movement regulation part 26, and the upward movement regulation part 27.
