Abstract:
PURPOSE:To offer the spatial optical modulating element which has nonlinear effect and memory effect and also emits light by itself. CONSTITUTION:This spatial optical modulating element has a hysteresis characteristic between an impressed voltage and light emission brightness and is structured by bringing an electro-luminescence (Electro.luminescence) material 4, a dielectric mirror 5, and a photoconductive layer 6 into contact in order and fitting transparent electrodes 7 to both ends.
