Title:
SPATIAL SOUND REPRODUCING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3703606
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To faithfully reproduce a preliminarily set acoustic environment in each ear of a listener by providing an anti-phase signal successive estimating part for successively estimating the anti-phase signal of contribution by a speaker in a sound in each ear of the listener.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with an anti-phase signal successive estimating part for successively estimating the anti-phase signal of contribution by a speaker 12 in a sound in each ear of a listener. This anti-phase signal successive estimating part is provided with adaptive filters 24R and 24L which output signals to sounding sources 11R and 11L arranged adjacently to each ear of the listener by acting on an input signal, and microphones 13R and 13L arranged in the neighborhood of the sounding sources. Then, signals obtained by subtraction 26R and 26L of the output signals of the adaptive filters 24R and 24L from signals obtained by subtraction 15R and 15L of signals equivalent to sounds provided by the sounding sources 11R and 11L from signals recorded by the microphone 13R and 13L are used as error signals for operating the adaptive filters 24R and 24L.
