Abstract:
To precisely arrange a voice coil in a magnetic gap.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of the speaker device includes the steps of: attaching a magnetic circuit 110 to a frame; fitting and arranging a tubular jig 210 inside a magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit 110; arranging a voice coil body 120 along an outer peripheral surface of the jig 210 to insert a coil into the magnetic gap; inserting the jig 210 into an open hole formed on a diaphragm 130; bonding the diaphragm 130 and a tongue piece 125 which is provided by bending an end of a bobbin 122 of the voice coil body 120 radially outward; and pulling out the jig 210 from the magnetic gap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
