Abstract:
To provide a speaker capable of coaxially providing a vibration system unit and a magnetic circuit unit by positioning a voice coil at a correct axial position even when a diaphragm and a dust cap are integrally formed, and a method of assembling the same.SOLUTION: The speaker includes: a magnetic circuit unit 2 having a screw portion 23a disposed coaxially with a magnetic gap 24; a voice coil bobbin 15 around which a voice coil 16 disposed in the magnetic gap 24 is wound; a diaphragm 12 in which the voice coil bobbin 15 is provided in a center hole; a dust cap 13 joined to the center hole of the diaphragm 12; a vibration system unit 1, arranged coaxially with the voice coil bobbin 15, having a screw portion 11a to be fastened with the screw portion 23a; and a voice coil positioning jig 4 for positioning the voice coil 16 in an axial direction in the magnetic gap 24 by being fitted in the voice coil bobbin 15 and being faced to the magnetic circuit unit 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
