Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a multi-way speaker system with a small size in which an ultralow sound is reproduced with a small front area.
CONSTITUTION: A passive radiator 6 fitted to a buffle 11 is driven via an enclosed space 9 by a driver 7 fitted to a buffle 8 and a buffle 1 with a speaker unit emitting medium and high frequency bands is arranged to a front side and a low frequency signal reproduced from the passive radiator 6 is emitted from a vent hole 2 of the buffle 1. Since the woofer speaker unit and the squaker and tweeter speaker unit are not mounted on the same plane, the area of the buffle 1 is decreased and the size is made small.
